形態特徵

Evergreen small trees or shrubs, glabrous.
Leaves in 3-whorled or opposite, elliptic, oblong or broadly elliptic, (8.4-)10.9–4.5(–17.0) cm long, (3.2-)4.0–2(–7.5) cm broad, apex acuminate, base cuneate; sessile or subsessile, 0.4–1.2 cm long; stipules triangle to broadly triangular, pubescent outside, densely hairy inside, deciduous.
Flowers axillary, unisexual, dioecious, white or pale yellowish-white, 2-bracteate; calyx truncate; corolla pubescent outside, glabrous inside, 6-lobed; male flowers ca. 1.0 cm long, in cymes with several secund flowers, pedicellate, 1.7–1.8 cm long, stamens 6, rudimentary styles short, linear, pubescent; female flowers solitary, pedicellate, 0.8–1.0 cm long, rudimentary stamens 6, styles short, stigma 6-lobed, ovary many-celled.
Fruits globular, 0.8–1.0 cm long, 1.0–1.4 cm in diam., pedicels 1.5–2.2 cm long. Seeds cylindrical.

台灣 : only found on both Lutao and Lanyu Islands.
世界 : The Philippines.
